Our history
Manage Mindsets is the culmination of the Aleman family's journey through dyslexia. It is a challenge, not a determination: when you tell a scientist and a software designer that their child will never read. A profoundly dyslexic learner, Tyler Aleman, is now a senior in high school and college-bound. She is a reader and member of the National Honor Society. Tyler's mom, Kiley Aleman, chose to become a certified teacher and study language-based learning disabilities to assist Tyler in her journey.
Kiley Aleman, the founder of Manage Mindsets, is a scientist and certified teacher. Through observation and intervention, Kiley has helped many students identify their personal needs and accomplish their academic goals while assisting families in coping with a path they did not initially foresee.
Manage Mindsets shares a passion for the science of reading and helping each individual define their learning journey with no limits. Join us in our pursuit to make reading available for all.
